Guide to yo-yo play and culture.
You should have already learned the first two stalls, so you should know what to expect with this one.
Start it off with a Double or Nothing. Dismount both the yoyo and the counterweight in opposite directions. Let the counterweight come around and meet the yoyo, it’s going to wrap itself around the axle. Go with the counterweight and stall. Slightly pull apart your hands to help the counterweight unravel itself.
Swing the yoyo and counterweight back around, this time the yoyo and counterweight just meet for the stall, the counterweight does not wrap around the axle.
That’s the first repetition. Each repetition gets more difficult, this particular stall is more difficult to keep in line because when you swing the yoyo back around each time, there’s no momentum to keep it in line, so it’s raw re-direction.
Bring the yoyo up after any portion of the stall to complete the trick.
