Back in my day, I made up a trick called Basic Stall, then followed that up with Advanced Stall. If you know the prerequisites you ought to learn this trick with minimal damage to your ego.
The hardest part about Advanced Stall is the backward Bee Sting and keeping everything in line for multiple repetitions. Practice one rep at a time to build muscle memory as well as confidence. Once you’ve built confidence, go ask Alice to the dance.
If she says yes, your yoyo career is done; if she says no, add more reps.
