If you’ve made it this far you’ve done pretty well for yourself. As your reward, you’re about to get some dings in that yoyo.
With two objects spinning in opposite directions, Angel Wings will test your accuracy and let you know when you screw up. You’ll start with a normal pinwheel and when you’re ready, throw the counterweight in the opposite direction and keep both of the opposite trajectories going like you’re some kind of raver.
It looks easy, but your dinged up yoyo will tell you otherwise. Expect to mess up. If you got a beater yoyo laying around, you might want to use that for the time being. The hard part is keeping a rhythm that allows to two planes to pass each other without clanking together. There are two other tutorials in Level 1 where the yoyo and counterweight travel in opposite directions. Try to harness those skills for Angel Wings. Also, unlike most tricks you can actually practice this without the yoyo spinning.
If you can master this trick without looking like the kid whose afraid of the baseball, you just might be ready for the next level of 5A yoyo play.
