Its like the 360, but this one is more fun.
When starting out you might be flailing around to complete the 720, but once you get it down it’ll look like you aren’t even trying. The 720 is more than just two 360’s in a row. When you add multiple repetitions of a counterweight move on a string that’s been mounted, it changes the way to yoyo dismounts from the string. Based on that, different transition moves can be achieved depending on how much string is being dismounted.
It may not make sense now, but in later levels having a grasp on this trick will be beneficial.
Pro tip: Try to see of you can complete the 720 without moving your throw hand. Try to land the counterweight in the palm of that hand without moving it. This exercise will help build accuracy in your non throw hand and is one i still do to this day.
